Natasha is absolutely awesome! She helped us find restaurants, grocery stores and even made reservations for us ( the tour bus had a flat tire so we missed it). The hotel is neat and clean and the towels (as a lifetime Marriott member) are the softest I have ever encountered. Great location too.

Great service! The hotel has a nice design in stone, wood and glass, but what we most appreciated was how good we were treated. We had to move our booking forward and they smoothly made the change. On top of that the food recommendations given at the front desk by the staff were on spot! The only thing we were disappointed with was breakfast and the lunch packs they propose. For a 3-star hotel the quality and variety could definitely be improved.

The best thing about this hotel is Natasha at Reception. She is so helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, advice and just being super friendly and welcoming. Aside from her - the location is ridiculously central - you are on the Main Street in 1 minute!! Breakky is very basic but enough to start your day. Would recommend only the superior room, but you will have some noise at this hotel no matter what- can’t be avoided. Also William on reception was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is amazing! Very cosy and clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help you at any time. For us it was very convenient to live there , because it’s right in the city center, close to all the restaurants and supermarket. Definitely recommend 100% ✌🏻

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. The breakfast room was nice and there was a reasonable choice on offer. The downside was the sound transfer. We were on the same level as reception and only a few doors down the corridor. We could hear most of the conversations at the reception desk whilst we could also hear footsteps, chairs and tables scraping the floor in the restaurant above

The wifi never works, and rooms are very small. There is only old cakes and packaged bread for breakfast, one of the worst breakfast I ever had. The personal at the restaurant is very annoying, and very rude. For the same price, there are better options.

Can't think of anything we didn't like about this place; has a sort of retro 70s vibe but doesn't feel dated everything is well maintained. Breakfast was available early (6am) which was nice as we had to depart early to catch the bus on our second morning. Is very convenient walking distance to town. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English well. Would definitely recommend.
